After you confirm your domains and users, we configure DNS and create the mailboxes. Timing depends on domain registration and DNS propagation, and we give you an expected timeline with your quote.
Do you set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
Yes. We configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records on every domain as part of setup, then verify them.
Can I connect my own sequencing tool?
Yes. We can connect tools such as Instantly, Smartlead and ReachInbox using OAuth, app password or IMAP, at no extra charge.
Do you provide SMTP mailboxes?
Yes. Alongside Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, we provide SMTP sending accounts on authenticated domains. Contact us with your volume and we will quote the right setup.
Do you guarantee inbox placement?
No. Deliverability depends on your content, sending behaviour and list quality. We provide a correct technical setup and guidance on sensible sending practice, with or without pre-warming.
Do you also offer IT services?
