- For all services except Google Workspace accounts, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to discuss your concerns. We will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis and determine if a refund is appropriate.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
b. Google Workspace Accounts: Please note that once a Google Workspace account is created or activated through our services, it is non-refundable. Google Workspace accounts are subject to the refund policy and terms of Google, which you can review on the Google Workspace website.
c. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel our services, please notify us in writing or via email. Cancellation requests will be processed according to the terms specified in your service agreement or contract. Please refer to your specific agreement for cancellation terms and any applicable fees or obligations.
6. Billing for Google Workspace:
a. All payments for Google Workspace accounts shall be pre-paid and billed on a monthly basis.
b. Payments for Google Workspace accounts shall be made through a valid credit card.
c. Payment for Google Workspace accounts is due three (3) days before the renewal date.
d. By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the Google Workspace subscription on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, our company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website and services, including any errors or omissions in the content, or any loss or damage to data.
